Happy National Dog Day to our little man Seamus. He just turned 5 months old on Friday and is already weighing in at 45lbs. He is so loyal and kind. He loves to just be wherever we are and follows us everywhere we go. He has been an amazing addition to our family and brings us nothing but joy and happiness! Road trip to Ohio last week with our girls! Katie is a sophomore and Emma is a senior! Always love taking them back in their later years as there is so much joy when they are reunited with their friends. The drive is a long one, but I love spending time with all of the kids, coaches and families and meeting the new freshman too! Of course leaving them is always so hard, but I know they are living their best lives so that makes it a little easier. I hope you girls have your best year yet. What a wonderful week I had with my college roomies and friends of 35 years exploring the streets of Charleston and the beaches of the Isle of Palm! Early Father’s Day fun with the fam! Mumford & Sons will always hold a special place in our hearts. Their songs have gotten us through some of the worst pain of our lives, but have also brought us immense joy. So glad they returned to their roots with their latest album. This is the fourth time we have seen them and they did not disappoint. It was a great show and we had a blast! Happy Father’s Day Dave! We are so beyond proud of Jack and all that he accomplished this past year both on and off of the mat. Yesterday, he was honored to be named to the CSC Academic All District Team for the second year in a row - the very first wrestler at UVU to ever to accomplish this. He was also named as an NWCA Scholar All American for the second year in a row this season and earned Big 12 All Academic Honors for the fourth year in a row. He worked his butt off in the wrestling room as well finishing his senior season as the #24 ranked heavyweight in the USA - his highest ranking of the whole season. Congrats Jack! It is with great joy that we announce that our sweet Katie Bug Ladybug has been accepted into The School of Nursing at Ohio University. It is an extremely competitive program and we are so proud of all of the hard work she has put in while continuing with her rigorous college swimming schedule. We are thrilled to welcome Seamus Forbes (pronounced SHAY-mus) to our family. He will be 8 weeks old this Saturday. It has been 4 long months without a sweet doggie in our family and we couldn’t be happier. He is the sweetest guy and he loves to cuddle. We love him so very much already 💙💚❤️ by @bingfo
