Fantastic work by our athletes at the Buffalo Grappling Industries Comp this past weekend! Our blue belts are steady cooking, and even many of our first time competitors placed! Binghamton overall got second as a team! Good work everyone! Due to injury coach Leo had to sit this one out, but we cooked up nonetheless. And yes, coach Achilles in fact did get his foot sweep 🧹

What if jiu jitsu was a reality tv show🤔🤔 this is a question I know many of us wonder everyday, so we have decided to make it a reality! Which character will you support through their jiu jitsu ups and downs?🫢 #lejitz by @binghamton.bjj

ADCC Open ✅
Tough brackets, high-level opponents, and our biggest test yet. Every one of the boys secured at least one submission, and Nick brought home bronze🥉! Not bad for signing up on a weeks notice!

Not flawless, but huge growth, big lessons, and we showed we belong out there. Proud of the team. On to the next—bigger, better, hungrier. Back to work it is 💪🔥
