Most people think self care is the first thing to cut when life gets busy.

I am so honored to be featured on @cbsmiami talking about how the opposite is actually true.

The bigger your goals and the more responsibilities on your plate, the more important fueling yourself becomes.

And we always get to choose our hard.

Waking up early to workout is hard. But so is being tired and uncomfortable in your body.

Working hard to build your business is hard, but so is having dreams that never materialize.

Choose the hard that gets you somewhere 🙌🏻

Hi, I’m Binie!

In my twenties I had a stable job, a good marriage, and a life that looked completely fine.

And I was quietly unhappy, filled with far-away dreams.

This is the story of what I did about it.

Drop a hello below. I would love to know who you are! by @binieklein

People will ALWAYS have opinions from the cheap seats.

There’s something about the way Taylor Swift handles them that I think every ambitious woman needs to hear.

Especially if you’re going after something really freaking big.

Whenever I’m asked for career advice or how I found my calling, I always come back to one question:

“What are you better at than most people?”

What are you naturally GOOD at?

And bonus points if you actually enjoy doing it.

Because when you build a career or business around your strengths, you give yourself such an advantage.

Does that mean you’ll love every single day? Of course not. But when you’re leaving your kids, showing up day after day, putting in the work, and doing the hard things, it makes a world of difference to be doing something aligned with your skill set and passion.

P.S. If you’re ambitious and want to take your business to the next level make loads of money and have a massive impact, I’m here to help.

This one rule completely changed the way I handle hard conversations.

I call it The Hot Oven Rule.

I created it years ago for myself, and it worked so well that I started teaching it to my coaching clients and now I teach it to leaders and teams.

It’s simple, but once you understand it, you’ll think differently about when you speak up, when you wait, and how you handle conversations when emotions are high.

And it has saved me from saying A LOT of things I would’ve regretted.

I still remember the first time I thought, I think I’m meant to be a speaker.

I had just spoken in front of a group and my soul danced in a way I had never experienced before.

I knew I wanted to do this.

What I didn’t know was how much WORK it takes to become a great speaker 😂

To develop ideas that will change people.

To get people to trust you with their audience.

To get better and better at actually delivering them.

And I’m still learning.

But every single time I get to walk into a room and do this, I’m so grateful.

Today, I speak about two things I deeply believe in:

1. Going after massive goals while building a life you love.

2. And helping leaders understand the impact they have on their people and become the kind of leaders who get results and that people want to follow.

Before I speak, I always work out, eat well, prepare like crazy, and blast music on the way there.

I also pray that something I say reaches the person who needs to hear it.

I hope getting to do this never stops feeling special. ❤️

P.S. I’m booking speaking engagements for the end of 2026 and 2027. If you’re looking for a speaker for your company, team, organization, or event, DM me “SPEAK” and I’ll send you more info. by @binieklein

1. I’d get really specific with my business/career and reverse-engineer the math.
If I wanted to make $300K, I’d figure out exactly what I need to sell, how many clients that requires, how many conversations I need to have, and what that means I need to do every single week.

2. I’d decide exactly what “good health” means, and put it on my calendar.
For me: 5 workouts a week, 7+ hours of sleep a night, and time to actually sit down and eat. Those go on the calendar BEFORE I fill it with work.

3. I’d decide exactly what I want my most important relationships to look like and schedule it in.
Weekly quality time with my husband. Family dinner. Phone away when during bedtime. Something fun every weekend. Regular plans with friends. Whatever matters to me gets actual blocked time on my calendar so it happens.

4. I’d identify the 3 things that are MOST likely to get me to my goal, and spend 80% of my work time there.
For me, that might be selling, building relationships and creating content. Everything else gets delegated, batched, automated, shortened, or doesn’t get done.

5. I’d do ONE uncomfortable thing every single workday.
Send the email. Make the ask. Follow up. Pitch myself. Post the video. Ask for the sale. That’s 5 uncomfortable actions a week and roughly 260 in a year.

6. I’d spend 10 minutes every morning training my brain for where I’m going.
I’d write down what my big goals and ask myself what I need to believe to create it, and ask: “What would the version of me who already has this goal accomplished do today?” Then I’d do that.

7. I’d hire someone who has already helped people get where I want to go.
I’d want a coach who can spot my blind spots, help me strategize and work through the hard moments, push me to do the things I’m avoiding, and hold me accountable every single week.

Save this and send it to the ambitious women in your life!

PS: If you’re wildly ambitious and want to achieve massive goals in your career or business without sacrificing your health or relationships, this is exactly what I help women do.

Your day starts before anything actually happens.

It starts with how you THINK about it.

Every morning, ask yourself:

How do I want today to go?
How do I want to feel today?
How do I want to show up?
What would make me proud when my head hits the pillow tonight?

Don’t just wake up and let the day happen to you, decide who you’re going to be in it.

I did too. Until I realized I was chasing the wrong thing.
