TGIF, with a little BINTA on top. 🍷☀️✨ A little something we’ve been working on behind the scenes. Our first BINTA dad hat — a small extension of the brand, inspired by our love for timeless pieces, everyday essentials, and collected living. I was intentional in choosing the Corduroy oxblood color dad hat - a nod to the Fall season that I love. Consider this a little sneak peek of what’s to come. Happy Friday, friends! x #BINTA #CollectedLiving #hudsonvalley #TGIF #designstudio by @binta.interiors
An Old Piece reimagined. This barrister bookcase has become one of our most-loved moments on Pinterest, reaching more than 18K Impressions —and perhaps it’s because it captures so much of what we believe at BINTA. Beautiful old pieces don’t need to be treated as precious. Here, a traditional bookcase becomes a collected little bar: useful, unexpected and full of character. Would you style it as a bar—or fill it with books? — BINTA #BintaInteriors #CollectedInteriors #AntiqueFurniture #HudsonValleyInteriors #kingstonNY by @binta.interiors

A new layer at home. Our Loloi REN rug recently arrived, and I love what it has brought into the room — faded terracotta, warm neutrals and just enough pattern to make everything around it feel a little more collected. The Reign rug by Loloi feels right at home here. . . . @binta.interiors . . #hudsonvalley #chesterny #antiques #loloirugs #interiordesign Ren collection lol by @binta.interiors

Currently happening…✨✨✨ Interior refresh - We focused on two elements with incredible impact: Paint & Architectural Moulding. Thoughtfully selected a warn architectural neutral to bring in depth to the interiors while the new moulding introduced the architectural interest the space was missing. . . . . . A Saturday in the Hudson Valley 📍Goshen Driving through historic Goshen - taking in the architecture, old details, and the character that makes these Hudson Valley towns so special. And, of course, a stop to see our friends at @cafemargot_us — good food, beautiful surroundings, and the kind of local places we love. @margotsmercantile . . . @binta.interiors by @binta.interiors

Binta Interiors | The Design Series Episode 03: Paint Colors The Power of Paint @binta.interiors #BintaInteriors #TheDesignSeries #PaintColors #InteriorPaint #ColorConsultation ModernEnglishInteriors HudsonValleyInteriors TimelessInteriors InteriorDesignTips Before choosing a paint color, consider the room itself: Natural light Direction of exposure Existing flooring Architectural details Furniture & textiles Let the light guide you. Natural light changes paint throughout the day. North-facing rooms can make colors feel cooler, while warm afternoon light can bring out undertones you didn’t notice on the paint card. ✨In the project in this image - we employed Slipper Satin from Farrow & Ball on the wall in the dead flat finish - Wimborne White on the ceiling. At first when we sampled the Wimborne white on the walls it was casting a yellow which the client didn’t want. Neutrals can have character. A neutral room doesn’t have to mean stark white. Warm whites, soft creams, earthy taupes, muted greens and nuanced stone shades can create a much richer backdrop. The goal isn’t simply neutral. It’s a feel you’re creating! Taking one color across the walls, trim—and sometimes the ceiling—can make a room feel remarkably cohesive. It can also allow architectural details to become part of the room rather than visually breaking it up. Color drenching can be equally beautiful with soft neutrals or deeper, moodier shades. Think palette—not individual paint chips. Your rooms don’t need to be the same color. But they should feel connected. Look for recurring undertones and complementary shades that create a natural transition as you move through the home. Never choose from the paint card alone Paint large samples and observe them: Morning → Afternoon → Evening Place samples beside your flooring, cabinetry, stone and textiles. The right color should work with the entire room. The most beautiful color choices aren’t made in isolation. They’re chosen in conversation with the light, architecture, materials and feeling of the space. There is so much more to choosing paint than finding a beautiful color. Happy Saturday ✨ Saturday details. 🤎 Thinking about the small details that give a home its character—the warmth of aged wood, the patina of antique brass, thoughtful moulding, natural stone, and pieces that feel as though they’ve been collected over time. For me, the most beautiful interiors aren’t about following a trend. They’re about creating layers—old and new, refined and lived-in—to make a home feel personal and enduring. A little weekend inspiration as I put the finishing touches on the next installment of The Binta Interiors Design Series. Episode 03 is coming next. #BintaInteriors #TheBintaInteriorsDesignSeries #ModernEnglishInteriors #designinspiration #hudsonvalley by @binta.interiors
BINTA INTERIORS THE DESIGN SERIES Episode 02 Interior Refreshes Timeless ways to transform your home without a full renovation. Start with Paint Paint is one of the most transformative design tools. A carefully selected color can completely change how a room feels—adding warmth, depth, and character. Binta’s Tip: Choose 3 color Palettes that speak to one another- swatch to understand how it reflects with natural light throughout the day! I love old homes with detailed characters! ✨ Architectural details instantly elevate a space. Think: • Picture frame moulding • Baseboards • Crown moulding • Ceiling trim • Shiplap or paneling These details create a custom, timeless feel. Layer Your Lighting Lighting shapes the mood of every room. Mix: • Pendants • Wall sconces • Table lamps • Floor lamps • Picture lights Warm lighting creates inviting, comfortable spaces. Bring in Texture Natural materials never go out of style. Incorporate: • White oak • Natural stone • Linen • Marble • Brass • Handmade ceramics Layering texture creates warmth and depth. Curate, Don’t Clutter The most beautiful homes are thoughtfully collected. Style with: • Antique finds • Coffee table books • Vintage artwork • Fresh flowers • Handmade objects You want the space to feel and look intentional. A timeless home balances function, beauty, and craftsmanship. Small and thoughtful updates can completely transform the way your home feels. ♡ Save this post for future inspiration.
