if there’s typos don’t yell at me at least you know it’s not AI 😆 We usually think of life as linear—past, present, future, but it doesn’t really feel that simple.This month is about recognizing that all versions of you still exist at the same time: who you were, who you are, and who you’re becoming are constantly overlapping and shaping each other.This last month, I’ve been reflecting on how we’re always trying to figure out our identity and what actually makes us us.I can look at my past self and feel proud of how far I’ve come. I’m able to support myself now in ways I used to pray for, and that alone feels grounding. But at the same time, I still want more! I still want to grow, learn, and expand beyond where I am.Growth is weird and uncomfortable, and you don’t always know which version of yourself you’re supposed to carry forward — what stays, what changes, what you outgrow. And somehow, all of it is still you.Even the past I once wanted to erase from my memory is part of the reason this version of me exists now.These prompts aren’t about defining who you are, but about noticing every version of you as part of the same story. by @binxeyes

and i’m soooo grateful i get to do this with my cousin @_lizanina 🥹💗 5 years ago today, my dad passed away from a sudden heart attack. honestly i can’t believe it’s been that long and i get emotional thinking about how much I’ve grown and have wanted to randomly text him all the silly lil updates through these last few years (if yall didn’t know i used to text my dad everything 😆). Anyway if you’re interested in my half-marathon training/check-ups, I’m gonna try my best to document the whole journey! I already got a physical + did some bloodwork and they are ordering a heart monitor to make sure everything is all good with my heart 🫀Hope this inspires someone else to go get checked out whether that just be their yearly physical or for something that they’ve been putting off for awhile. i may have added moving to the chaos hahahaha but super grateful for the season i’m in right now. it truly is such a blessing and privilege to be able to choose your struggle because not everyone gets dealt the same cards. and honestly! i’m proud of myself cause i wouldn’t be able to say this a few years ago. life is crazy and nothing is promised so i try to be as present and show gratitude during these moments even when the responsibilities start adding up and life gets busier. these are places and problems i once prayed for 🥲so so grateful for the chaos and i love the people i get to work with! <3 by @binxeyes
