POSTS STORIES REELS

This picture should have been here long time ago.
One of the most epic rides in my life - @ironmanitaly bike leg.

Salt Pans and flamingos 🦩 in Cervia.

It's gonna be difficult to take a break from tri life for the next year but "I've got another thing comming" 🎵, so stay tuned and keep on grinding 💪🏼 by @binz.ky

🇬🇧 The words I’ve been waiting for all year:
I AM AN IRONMAN 💪🏼

Goal: sub 12 hours. Result: 11:47 - 13 minutes faster than planned.
Countless hours of training, early mornings, and an emotional rollercoaster of self-doubt, frustration, joy and excitement – all of it led to this unforgettable moment.
A lot went wrong:
- bike lost during mid-landing in Copenhagen
- foot problems before the start
-poor bike adjustment, so 100 km of cycling with back and arms pain
- stomach failure at the 15th km of the marathon, resulting in no fuel in legs after 26th km.
In the end, these were only minor obstacles. It’s the mind that keeps pushing you forward, no matter what.

Huge thanks to my parents and to my girlfriend @silje.kristin - for tolerating my moods and complaints, and for always supporting me when I was about to break.
And to my coach @ktrolle_coaching , for patience, professionalism, and keeping the sub12h promise 😀

🇵🇱 Słowa, na które czekałem przez cały rok:
I AM AN IRONMAN💪🏼

Cel: poniżej 12 godzin. Wynik: 11:47 - o 13 minut lepiej niż zakładałem.
Setki godzin treningów, poranne pobudki, emocjonalna huśtawka - zwątpienia, złość, ale też ogromna radość i ekscytacja - wszystko to doprowadziło mnie do tej chwili.
Wiele rzeczy poszło nie tak:
-zgubiony rower podczas międzylądowania w Kopenhadze
-problem ze stopą przed startem
-źle ustawiony rower, czyli 100 km bólu pleców i barków

On the way to Transition 1.
First steps after the long #swim - not the best feeling, while switching from horizontal to vertical position, and the labirynth acts up turning the body to one, big, wet hurdle 😅

Training isn’t about making the work feel effortless. The sensation of effort - the grind, the breath, the legs, stays the same. What changes is your ability to move faster, longer, stronger at the same perceived exertion.

That’s why training zones aren’t only about heart rate or pace. They’re also about feel. Your body’s signals -breath, stride, fatigue, tell the story numbers can’t always capture.

Trust the process. Trust the effort. Growth lives in that struggle.

2 weeks to @ironmanitaly.

I did the best I had in me. Body is ready, Mind is set, gear fixed up. Now all I need is a bit of luck 😉

Catching up with pending updates 😀

At the end of June, i've finished @stavangertriathlon with the result nearly 15 mins better from the last year 🤩

Good swim, solid bike (even tho it was extremely windy and partially rainy), and very good run💪🏼

Final time: 2:47:12, which puts me 46/106 this year.

A lot of space for the improvement, but very satisfied with the progress made since my first start. 😀

That split-second panic is part of the experience, right? 🌊😅

How do you handle this irrational fear? 👇

This year's 8.1k on @siddislopet resulted with almost 1:30 min faster time than last year. 🔥

Final time: 37:46 😎

Average 4:40/km wasn't too bad, especially in the middle of the Triathlon training 💪🏼

Shout-out to my mate @iamsupervillian who almost ran the race twice, due to miles set up on his watch 😆

7 days. 1 goal.
This is my weekly Ironman training split, as I prepare for @ironmanitaly – Emilia-Romagna this September.
No shortcuts. No excuses. Just consistent work, day after day.
Could you handle this?

🇵🇱
7 dni. 1 cel.
To mój tygodniowy split treningowy w przygotowaniach do Ironman Italy – Emilia-Romagna we wrześniu.
Bez skrótów. Bez wymówek. Tylko systematyczna robota, dzień po dniu.
Dałbyś radę?
