Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the 25th anniversary of our annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. It was remarkable to see our community come together in such a significant way - accomplishing a total of 8,317 flights of stairs, far surpassing our goal of 220.

We want to give a special thank you to the students who completed 600 flights each - Christopher Aguilar, Carson Fransen, and Gabriel Anderson.

The Veteran and Military Affiliated Student Programs (VMASP) invites students, faculty, and staff to join us for the 25th Anniversary 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb.

25 years ago, our nation changed forever. This September 11th, we’re coming together as a campus community to collectively climb the equivalent steps of both World Trade Center towers, 110 flights per tower (220 flights total).

Whether you choose to climb the stairs slowly as you reflect and pray for families, survivors, and first responders or choose to approach this as a challenge to complete as many flights as you can, there is a place for you on these steps. Climb at your own pace, run with a partner, or walk in solemn remembrance—every single step brings us closer to our goal as a community.

See you on the steps! 🇺🇸
