A little bit of what I have been doing at the gym with PT @stretchyshan. Some of these machine and exercises were great but some not really easy for me to do unfortunately 😔 but it was all GREAT FUN !!!

Here we go again! 😀

The 4th time participating in the Limbpower Games!
I wasn’t sure if I was going because of my sockets, but I’m glad I did!
I did rock climbing for the first time, managed to swim, and discovered pickleball!

The regulars were present, and there were lots of new faces. It’s always heartwarming to see the joy on their faces when they realise what they can achieve!
So beautiful to see genuine people who want to help and gently push you to give your best! Cheering you on when you are trying so hard to get to the top 🥵
Hope and faith are powerful 🙏🏽
Well, this year the sad part was that the event was only one day 😔
Anyway, if you would like to know what Limbpower is doing for us amputee and people with limb differences, please check their website 🙂

‘Nothing beats a Jet2holidays’ at a very fancy restaurant in the city.

My friends and I had a wonderful time. Thank you for the great hospitality, tasty food, and delicious wine.

Here I am, focusing on the drinks menu, knowing full well I’m not going to drink a thing. But I definitely know which steak I’m going to eat (and maybe share!) 🥩 #hawksmoor #hawksmoorborough #steakhouse #foodie #amputeelife #bighair by @bionictati

Hi guys, this is a video of me trying for the first time my myoelectric arms provided by the NHS. I was feeling extremely happy and privileged to be able to wear them. [Well, I felt more like a super hero who finally is able to control something in one hand 😅.]

Now, it’s time for me to train and learn how to control my grip.

Thanks to the NHS rehabilitation center team and YOU sexy 😉 for watching my video, bye bye for now…

Abeg 🤣 Like and follow me to see my progress.

What do they say?
Third time is a charm 😀

And yes, I was there again for the third time in a row at the Limbpower Games 2025!
I have enjoyed shooting, seating volleyball, running, jumping, cycling, powerlifting, rowing …
And for the first time, I have tried fencing. That was super fun 🤩

Big thanks to Limbpower for organising this amazing event every year for amputees and people with limb differences. Allowing us to access sports and activities with professionals people who genuinely care!
Please, check out what they are doing and support them!
