30 things 1. I’m from Aruba, might not go back but it stays home 2. I speak four languages3. I love to cook, and I'm damn good at it4. My parents separated when I was young, but I have the greatest mom and two dads5. I’m a cinephile, as movie is life to me. It’s the only thing I can remember really well. My dad used to say why can’t you remember things about school like you do movies6. I wake up and go to sleep to music, It’s the thing I can’t go without, it’s like water to me. Plus It’s also like therapy to me, if I’m not listening to music I know something is wrong #musicistheanswer7. I wanted to become a teacher, I like helping people learn something8. My dream was always to be a rockstar9. It’s still my dream10. I was afraid of becoming 27, because of the 27 club it’s a connection with #811. Anti-heroes/ flawed characters are always what I want to follow in books or movies (I’m also one)12. Love to eat, It is one of the things that makes me happy and when I ate nothing during my depression I realised how serious depression was, it robbed my happiness13. I love to read, but I don’t read books that often. It’s mostly comic books, manga, articles but if it’s a good book (#11) I’ll read it in a day.14. I have other mental issues, anxiety and also ocd-tendencies, but both anxiety related15. I’m a heavy drinker, I can outdrink friends twice as big as me16. I’m not tall… (1,65 m/5,4 ft) for Dutch standards17. I’m a raver18. I go to about one concert every other week, sometimes 3 in a week, but because of the crisis I’m dying in the inside... 19. I love beer, special beer is the best20. I am a romantic21. I love to dance, was even asked to join a dance school ( but yeah because of machismo I didn’t join…)22. My favorite cuisines are: Japanese, Italian, Latin-American, Creole, Dutch-Caribbean23. I have an addictive personality24. I am a feminist, thanks to my strong mommy and female friends25. I get along better with women than men, I have more friends that are women than guys 26.I’m a Gryffindor27.I get the most pain out of being lonely28. I have masochistic tendencies…29. World Mental Health Day '24This year I did a throwback version of some moments between this and last year's World Mental Health Day. So some moments from October '23 till Today. - Surviving winter '23- Spending time with Father after getting sick- Cooking again - Enjoying bit by bit again - Vacation modus on home base i.e. Aruba Dushi Tera - Werk modus AAN - Le Favorite Hobby- Tom playing the Tom Tom 🥁😎😼- More hobbies, and also getting that body moving again- Brat Summer was AAN, time with the OG besties, Marineterrein Chillings and emoting the Brat Summer with le Alter Ego - DJing in front of people again- Canvas aka Kleurplaat Brons, new tattoos and my own lil therapy and way to process VIDA - School Modus Aan - Producing again - And lastly today!!😎✨💫🌞🔆☀️🌊🌦️Getting some therapy. Treatment working also, mental health practitioners happy. Still sober. Life going Gucci gang by @bipolar_brons
