What an incredible night. Thank you @beardfoundation for honoring @tracymalechek as a nominee and to all the talented and brilliant nominees and winners. The work of creating a more equitable and sustainable restaurant model is a long road. There are so many caring, thoughtful leaders trying to carve a new path where dedication to craft and the work is matched by a commitment to self, community, and team. We are so excited about what lies ahead and we can’t wait to get back to work doing the thing we love. We did our best Austin—thanks for rooting for us and having our back the whole way.
