First post of (hopefully) many. Im going to try to draw every recurring character in TMA. Partly because its fun, but also because i keep forgetting whos who when i listen. I am going off of what i remember but also whats writen on the wiki. To start, we have Adelard Dekker and Agnes Montague, since im going alphabedically. I tried to add little easter eggs to their designs, and also go off the time periods/lives they live(d). Alot of it is my own design, i tried not to look at any fanart while drawing them. I am also going to try to draw a variety of body types over this series bc its good pratice, fun, and important to have diversity <3 same with clothing, i hate drawing folding cloth so this was decent pratice. Little easter eggs/my own thoughts: (SPOILERS) Adelard: watch has fire in it's reflection since he self emolates, and he is wearing an Ankh, an Egyptian symbol for life. I HC him as someone very put together, who cares about his apperence. I added alot of rings bc i think he'd like them lol. Agnes: she has a Red Hot Chili Peppers (i dont actually listen to them srry) shirt bc they were popular in the early 2000s when she died, and its related to fire. She is also has yellow eyes, as her gaze was described as "trapping you like a deer in the headlights", so i thought yellow/orange fit for headlights and fire (yes ik this is taken very literally, but i like it). I was going to make her have burns on her hands but since she is described as a perfect child of fire i didnt think it'd fit. She does wear long clothing to stop herself from accidently burning anyone by brushing against them, bc she'd give herself away as an avatar. All art is done on Krita on ma tablet :b Also might do Artfight this year so look out for that :) #TMA #themagnusarchivesfanart #fanart #art #krita by @birdman_does_art

Third time making this post ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž Anyhow, this is my OC Matrix, they're a metahuman/superhuman who is able to manipulate matter, they're a fucked up science experiment/bioweapon :b will be making more art of them, i need to make a colored ref lol EDIT: FUCKKKK I spelled their nickname wrong, it should be Matty, not Maddy, like Matrix ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ they use any pronouns btw. #OC #Art #dispatch #dispatchoc by @birdman_does_art

More art from toyhouse. My style is allllll over the place, but sometimes I draw stuff I like *shrug* - - - - Nothingburger rambling: - Been super busy this summer with art and work, it's fun but also alot. I've also just been thinking about life and my relationships with people. I think my brain is just kinda different from alot of other people, and due to my upbringing I don't really know how I work or who I am. I'm also disconnecting a bit from being human, as I explore more of my alterhuman/nonhuman identities. I know its weird to alot of people, but it feels right to me. Maybe some day I'll figure my shit out and make friends, or maybe I'll just be like this forever which I'm kinda ok with too. If you wanna talk, just DM me. Gonna be doing more tattoos soon, and hopefully get some peircings. Also hope to start T next week, don't tell my mom ;) - - - - - - tags: #art #fanart #ocs #drawing #digitalart #lgbt #queer #trans #alterhuman #therian #otherkin #cat #dog #rabbit #dragon #fyp #share #newart #smallartist taken in Almost Home by @birdman_does_art
