One year ago, we celebrated Caroline and Noah’s love al fresco in the green mountains. Every detail was as if the surrounding landscape came alive.

A celebration that felt completely at home in its surroundings, and one we’re still dreaming about a year later.

Kristin & Benji’s September wedding at the Woodstock Inn was full of the very best things — a day centered around their family and friends and their connection as a couple. Cocktail hour on the front lawn, florals and design by Birds of a Flower, a first look and portraits at Kelly Way Gardens and epic dance floor.

The Woodstock Inn always feels like a quintessential Vermont wedding to me!

Wonderful to have my pal @jacquelynpotter on the team!

Paige’s bridesmaids looked stunning in their @lulakate Lily of the Valley bridesmaid gowns. And Paige blew everyone away in Vera Wang. All fit perfectly against the bucolic landscape of Vermont. @paigeswick_ @lulakate @flawlesscosmeticdesign @birdsofaflower @woodstockinn .

Charlotte & PJ’s spring wedding at the Basin Harbor Club 🌿✨

We feel so grateful to have been part of this beautiful day, surrounded by such a kind and joyful couple and an incredible team who brought everything together so seamlessly.

Soft lake light, blooming branches, and a palette of creamy whites, blush, pale peach, fresh greens, and touches of sky blue made the entire celebration feel effortless and romantic. Garden style florals, just gathered and full of life, paired so beautifully with the paper details by Emily Rose Ink, designed to align perfectly with the spring florals.

A truly special spring day 🤍

Gaby and Ryan ran through this quick outside portrait session. Coldest day EVER! I’m sure it felt like a forever walk to them but the time stamps don’t lie (a record setting 2 minute loop :)

Snow day at Birds of a Flower ❄️
Offices closed while we soak in this incredible storm — and this quiet moment of my daughter riding her pony through the snow. 🐴🤍

In this Year of the Horse, my prayer is simple: may we protect one another like a herd, honor personal freedom, and remember that this country is a living garden — made beautiful by many races, religions, colors, genders, and stories. We are not meant to be a monoculture.

Here at Birds of a Flower, we believe in love over hate, beauty over greed, and inspiration over suppression.

Let this wild winter storm remind us who we are meant to be: brave, inclusive, and deeply human.

Stay warm and kind!
