For local deliveries, when you place a deposit on a custom planter, you only pay the remaining balance once we have delivered your planter, it's put in place and you’re happy with the finished product.

For courier deliveries, full payment is required before dispatch.

We take pride in every planter we make, doing our very best to ensure you’re 100% satisfied and keeping you updated throughout the build process.

Our lead time for custom orders is up to 14 days, but so far, we’ve never exceeded 13 days! Our quickest turnaround to date? Just 3 days! 🔨

We built a grow box for our customer who wanted to grow herbs. We used the highest quality timber; 75mm by 75mm kiln dried pressure treated timber was used for the legs. Food grade planter liner and a food grade heavy duty weed control membrane was used to allow water drainage through our lined slatted bases. Stainless steel staples were used too, to fix the liner in place.

When you place an order you can rest assured we do all the background work to ensure we have the best materials for your planter 🌱
