FOOD TRUCK LIFE IS NOT FOR THE WEAK! Especially when rain is in the forecast! 🌮☔️🌈

My mom came on the truck to help with orders on yesterday and she was a HUMONGOUS helping hand. From sanitization maintenance to packing orders. She even trained by cooking an entire order with my assistance! However, she resigned immediately after the shift ended! 😮‍💨😂

I can’t blame her, food service is a lot of hard work! A realization I made shortly after re-opening and expanding to these levels of operations. But you guys constantly showing up makes it worth it!

I’m curious, how many of our followers have ever worked in food service and what are your thoughts? by @birriannas

As we continue growing, we’re making a few changes to better serve our community and prepare for what’s next.

For the time being, Birrianna’s will be focusing on **corporate catering, private events, festivals, and special bookings** while we complete the final steps of our operational launch!

This transition allows us to provide the best possible experience for every customer while building a stronger foundation for the future.
