I don’t use the word “favorite” lightly, but @bistroamasa in Santa Barbara easily earned its way into my favorite dinner spots list! I’m already over here planning and plotting all the special occasions I’m gonna spend here. Perf for your next date night, girls night, boys night, family night, whatever !!! You’re gonna love it.

This video is in collaboration with @bistroamasa but I begged them to have me 😂 all opinions are my own!

Two chefs. Two kitchens. Two nights.

On October 15, Chef Julian Martinez joins Chef Dom Crisp at Dom’s Taverna for a one-night menu bringing the Central Coast and the Basque Country together.

Grilled watermelon, Cubano lobster roll, Basque-style tri-tip, and breakfast for dessert.

Then on November 12, we run it back at Bistro Amasa with Dom joining Julian in our kitchen.

Round one at Dom’s. Round two at Amasa. by @bistroamasa
