Créé dans le cadre de l’exposition Shoot ton beat de Shoot Studio, ce projet devait prendre naissance à partir d’un son.

Le mien : La rage féminine.

J’ai invité des personnes qui s’identifient à la féminité à nommer ce qui les enrage. Pas pour expliquer. Pas pour convaincre. Simplement pour laisser cette colère exister.
Maquillées pour attirer le regard, capter l’attention et prendre pleinement leur place, elles se présentent devant la caméra sans chercher à se faire discrètes.
Face à l’objectif, entourées d’une équipe de femmes, elles parlent de ce qui les enrage. Chaque participante a été accompagnée par la thérapeute du Centre Boréal afin que cette exploration puisse se dérouler dans un cadre sécuritaire.

Au fil du projet, la rage a pris plusieurs formes. La colère, bien sûr, mais aussi les pleurs, le rire, la vulnérabilité, la protection, l’affirmation et la force.
