This spot is home to Australia’s FIRST coffee donut (with bonus points because it’s lined with Nutella) and the 1KG donut challenge, as well as some quality bakery items 😮‍💨🍩

So, Kenilworth bakery has actually been on my list for the longest time and after visiting, I can 100% say this spot lived up to its hype…. and yes, I am already planning my revisit.

I like how the bakery is split into two sections, so if you’re just after some baked goods you miss the line for the sweets.
The 1KG donut was a pleasant surprise, it was so loaded and we really appreciated the addition of the Nutella. We couldn’t get through this so struggling to see how @jwebby_can.eat managed, let alone in his record time of 1:59 😂🕰️

The donut coffee was an absolute standout 🌟 the combination of the Nutella with the hot latte was a dream. seriously genius.

On the savoury side, the pies had some quality fresh ingredients and I loved how flaky the pastry was 🔥

Definitely one to check out on the Sunshine Coast!

This is Bridbane’s newest halal Mexican spot 🌮🔥
Think birria loaded quesabirrias, tacos packed with flavour and everything made fresh with quality ingredients. My personal fave taco was their fish and prawn but they have a whole selection to choose from.
But the one you NEED to try is their Surf & Turf Burrito 🌯
This one comes stacked with juicy steak, seasoned prawns, crispy chips, guac, tomato and their in-house chipotle sauce to put it all together 🤤

The iconic Firehouse Subs has officially landed in Australia 🇺🇸
And luckily for us, Brisbane gets the first taste 🔥

Think freshly shaved pastrami for NY style subs, meatball subs loaded with provolone, and even spicy chicken subs ranging from Cajun to Peri Peri.

I think I may have just found Brisbane’s prettiest cake 🎂✨

We surprised our friend with the most stunning tiered pink wafer cake, finished with edible wafer paper 🌸

And inside? It had THREE layers of mudcake in chocolate, caramel and vanilla 🤤 genuinely the prettiest cake I have seen!

Brisbane’s newest dessert spot is FULLY LOADED… and they’re seriously living up to the name 🥵🍫

They’re the first to do deep-fried Oreos, with a Biscoff version launching today! 👀🔥

Think loaded brownie tubs from Bueno to a trio of pistachio, Biscoff & Oreo, plus shakes, cheesecake cups and acai bowls.

Basically, everything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth 🤤

Oh, and they’ve also got a family fun day this Saturday from 12PM to 12AM!

Did you know the iconic LeWrap from Sydney is in Brisbane? 👀🌯

This spot has quickly become one of my favourites, serving up a huge range of wraps inspired by different cuisines, plus their protein packs if you’re after something a little lighter (and/or wanting to hit those goals on the go!) 💪

This is Brisbane’s must visit Lebanese restaurants, @amaya_restaurantandlounge ✨

We tried a few of their speciality items and safe to say, you’d be well placed to find a dish you don’t love here! They have so many options from platters for vegans to meat sharing plates. It’s hard to choose a favourite but we LOVED their chicken and mushroom + bone marrow with crispy bread 🔥
