So what exactly is The Hive? 🐝

It’s our little corner of the internet built for the busy bees who want to feel good — without doing the most.

No extreme routines. No toxic positivity. Just real conversations about what it actually takes to take care of yourself in real life.

Inside The Hive you’ll find:
🧘🏾‍♀️ Health & Fitness
😴 Rest & Recovery
🕯️ Lifestyle & Rituals
🧠 Mindset & Mental Health
✨ Style & Confidence
🌀 Fun & Real Life

We’re sharing what we’re learning in real time — the trends worth paying attention to, the routines that actually stick, and the mindset shifts that make consistency possible.

It’s free. It’s yours. And it’s just getting started. 🤍

I’m LIT, I’m the Birthday Candle! 🕯️🎂 lol

It’s my birthday and I’m feeling ALL the feels. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. This past year stretched me in ways I couldn’t have imagined, but it also reminded me that I’m exactly who I always knew I was.

Ladies and gentlemen… HER 💁🏽‍♀️✨

So consider this my birthday gift to myself, and honestly to you too lol

Bee’s Essentials is back. Reimagined. Reignited. And she’s even better than I could’ve imagined. This has truly been a labor of love.

The official drop is coming in a few weeks, but my birthday wish for today is simple. Go follow @_bsessentials 🐝

Here’s to another year of building a life that brings me joy and something I’m actually proud of. Cheers 🥂

She’s almost here🕯️✨

Behind every candle is a vision. Behind every vision is a woman who refused to quit on herself.

Bee’s Essentials is coming and we can’t wait for you to experience what we’ve been building. 🐝

Drop is in a few weeks. Follow @_bsessentials so you don’t miss a thing.

Tomorrow though? It’s our Founders birthday. 🎂 Come see what we’re lighting up next!
