They have great customer service, if it’s your first time they will explain how they brew their teas, and if you don’t like it they will change it.
There wasn’t a line when we went and they have Buzzers to notify you when it’s your order is up.

We got invited to Camp Poppi Seed ⛺️ !
We got to make Candles, Rollers, Bracelets, pennants, and s’mores! It was also a super cute place to shop if you guys haven’t been. I vended with Poppi seed before and she’s great with showcasing local small businesses.

This summer she’s collaborating with @salt_pine doing handmade workshops make sure to follow -
