The perfect pasta sauce does exist…and it’s vodka sauce 😘 Recipe below: Spicy Vodka sauce 1 med onion diced 3-4 cloves garlic grated to a paste 1tsp bomba peppers (Trader Joe’s) or Calabrian chili’s 3/4 can tomato paste 1/4 cup vodka 2/3 cup heavy cream 1 ladles of pasta water 2/3 cup grated parm Dice onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent, salt generously Add Grated garlic and peppers and stir to combine, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes Add 3/4 can of tomato paste, mix together and let cook for several minutes ~10 mixing occasionally. Mix should be fragrant and darker. While tomato paste is cooking, boil water Add 1/4 cup vodka to the tomato paste mix, scraping up any browned bits on the pan, then add 2/3 cup of heavy cream, mix to combine and turn the sauce to low. Cook noodles to likened doneness Add 1 ladle of water and a bunch of Parmesan cheese . . . . #dinnervideos #recipes #vodkapasta #vodkasauce #delish #tastyfood #easymeals by @bites_by_britt

These truffle ricotta baked eggs are everything to me right now 🤤 they are so easy to make and make you feel like you’re enjoying a gourmet brunch. Shoutout to the @publicanchicago for the inspo! Recipe to make 2 servings below! Ingredients * ricotta * Parmesan * Mozzarella * Truffle oil * Eggs * Salt and pepper * Ciabatta or other tasty bread * butter Steps * Preheat oven to 350 * Mix together 1/3 cup of ricotta, about 1 tablespoon of parm and 1 tablespoon of mozz in a bowl, salt and pepper to your liking * Add truffle oil to the bottom of a small ramekin, swirl around and use a paper towel to coat the sides as well * Add in ricotta mixture and make a little well in the middle * Drop in an egg and season w/ salt * Bake for 12-15 mins, until whites are set but yolk is still jammy * While the eggs are baking, cut the ciabatta in half and add to pan with butter * Let the bread brown up, finish with salt and pepper and cut into slices for dipping * Serve the baked eggs with the bread and enjoy! To make a single serving I just eye ball everything and do a spoonful of ricotta, and a nice pinch of the cheeses! by @bites_by_britt
The perfect bowl of noods to warm you up while snowed in - Recipe below! …. 🤌🏻Spicy Vodka Sauce 🤌🏻 • 1 med onion diced • 3-4 cloves garlic grated to a paste • 1tsp bomba peppers (Trader Joe’s) or Calabrian chili’s • 3/4 can tomato paste (or just use the whole thing bc having so little leftover is annoying. But then it is more tomatoy) • 1/4 cup vodka • 2/3 cup heavy cream •1 ladles of pasta water • lots of grated parm • Dice onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent, salt generously • Add Grated garlic and peppers and stir to combine, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes • Add 3/4 can of tomato paste, mix together and let cook for several minutes ~10 mixing occasionally. Mix should be fragrant and darker. • While tomato paste is cooking, boil water • Add 1/4 cup vodka to the tomato paste mix, then add 2/3 cup of heavy cream, mix to combine and turn the sauce to low. • Cook noodles • Add 1 ladle of water and a bunch of Parmesan cheese, mix in all the noods Extra tip: use fun, cute looking noodles because they are more more enjoyable to eat! by @bites_by_britt
