ayce kbbq at seoul garden in st. louis 🥩🥬🔥

one of my favorite meals to get when i have no idea what to eat because there are just SO many options!! 🤤 from all the different meats to the endless banchan to snack on, you can never go wrong with kbbq.

tried the egg soufflé as a side this time and it was SO fluffy! my favorite bite will always be a lettuce wrap with crispy pork belly or thinly sliced brisket, a piece of raw garlic, kimchi, and a little bit of rice. literally the perfect bite every time!!

@foundrybakery in st. louis 🍮🇹🇼

this taiwanese bakery + cafe has so many baked goods and drinks, but i came in specifically for their portuguese egg tarts and omg… they were HUGE 😮

they came fresh out of the oven, piping hot, flakey, creamy, and sooo delicious. definitely recommend grabbing one if you’re here! they have tons of other baked goods too, so i’ll definitely be back to try more next time :P

finally tried kishimoto mendo on the loop and it was so good 🍜

i had tried menya rui, the same chef/owner, before and loved their shoyu broth, so when they opened this new spot specializing in *TONKOTSU* broth, i knew i had to give it a try!

the appetizers were great and came in really good portions. loved the crunch in their potato salad too! such a good texture 😋

i really liked the tsukemen and thought the broth had so much flavor. definitely a spot i’d come back to try more from!

also, this location has plenty of seats, so you can usually get seated pretty quickly, which is always a plus.

specializing in jianghu cuisine, this spot brings together dishes packed with layers of heat, aromatics, and plenty of flavor. it’s also a great place to go with a group since everything is served family-style — the kind of meal where you order a bunch of dishes for the table and get to try a little bit of everything.

definitely come hungry because the best way to experience it is with a full table of food 🤤🌶️

STL date night series ep3 🥂

date night in france without leaving st. louis 🇫🇷✨ @brasseriestl is such an intimate spot for a cozy french dinner. the decor immediately transports you to france, and their patio is perfect for those warm summer nights 🍷

niche group always has some great food spots, and i’ve also tried their bowood brunch location, which i loved! the food here is just as good, and i love that they also serve brunch 🥐

definitely add this one to the date night rotation!

@taikeshabushabustl is my favorite taiwanese restaurant in st. louis, and has some of the best taiwanese foods i’ve tried in the US!

a little sweet, a little savory, and the perfect crepe spot near stl to try both! 🥐✨

the crepes at the french crêperie are thin, chewy, and soft, with a light texture that makes them so easy to enjoy.

the savory crepe was filling, with fresh-tasting vegetables and cheese that held everything together. the pesto made the flavors taste brighter!

the sweet crepe had a very tart lemon curd that paired perfectly with the nice and warm latte ☕️

you can split a crepe to share, or even do half savory and half sweet to try more flavors. i recommend getting one sweet and one savory to balance the flavors!

they also have macarons, croissants, drinks and more, so there’s plenty to try 🤍

@notopizzas isn’t in stl but definitely worth the drive to visit! their menu features seasonal dishes made from ingredients imported from italy 😋 everything is super fresh and made with care!
