🧠💙 Let’s Make Mental Health a Conversation, Not a Taboo.

A little understanding can change a perspective. A little kindness can make someone feel less alone.

✨ Mental health deserves the same attention as physical health.
🤝 Listening without judging can make a difference.
🌱 Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

At BIT Wellbeing Centre, we believe that every conversation can be a step towards breaking stigma and building a more understanding campus.

💙 Less stigma. More empathy. Better mental health.

@bsyashwanth17 he_ram_14 and Team thank you for this wonderful initiative 💙 Your effort to spread mental health awareness is truly appreciated. 👏

“Mental health disorders aren’t real.”

Sounds unbelievable, right? Yet this is still a belief many people hear every day.

Mental health disorders are real.
And just like physical health, mental health deserves care, understanding and support. 🧠❤️

You don’t have to wait until things become overwhelming.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

✨ At BIT, there is a place where you can talk, be heard and seek support.

It’s okay to ask for help.
It’s okay to not be okay.
Your mental health matters. 💙
