If you’ve been following along, you already know that Jen Tilly is not your average 🐶🩷
This little girl came into the world with a pretty rough start. Her birth was traumatic, she had a serious injury where her tail should have been, and she needed stitches and A LOT of extra care.
Somehow, I went from “I’ll help take care of this puppy” to basically being her full-time mom. 😂
Bottle every few hours. Weighing her constantly. Watching her pee. Waiting on her to poop. Celebrating poop like it was a major life accomplishment. 😂🤦‍♀️

I worried about every little noise, every feeding, every gram she gained, and whether she was doing what she was supposed to be doing. And then somewhere along the way, this tiny little 300-something-gram puppy grew to now almost 800 grams! ❤️
Now look at her. 😭
She has gone from this tiny, fragile little baby who needed me for absolutely everything to a chunky, happy, spoiled little Goldendoodle who has us wrapped around her paw.

Tilly is a Bitsytails Goldendoodle, and getting to raise her has also given me a whole different appreciation for the work that goes into raising these babies.

Because behind every cute puppy picture is a breeder who is up at all hours, worrying, cleaning, feeding, watching, loving and doing everything they can to give these babies the best start possible.
I’m just lucky enough to have gotten the REALLY hands-on version. 😂🐶

Sharing from Hope’s precious guardian: Some stories are bigger than we ever imagined.

Our precious Hope was born on May 17, 2024. That was also the very same day we learned Walker had cancer. What began as one of the hardest days of our lives for us was also the beginning of one of God’s sweetest gifts.

When Hope came into our family, her name wasn’t just a name. It wasn’t chosen because it sounded pretty. It was chosen because it was exactly what we were clinging to. Hope became a daily reminder that even in the darkest seasons, light still exists. She brought laughter when there had been tears, comfort when our hearts were heavy, and a sense of peace when life felt completely out of control.

Now she’s a Mama, and her sweet puppies represent so much more than a litter. They are a beautiful reminder of Walker’s journey, God’s faithfulness, answered prayers, healing, and the “hope” that carried our family through it all.

Welcome to the world, little ones. May your lives remind others, just as your Mama has reminded us every day, that “hope” is never lost.

We are overjoyed to introduce to you her three adorable boys (from left to right): Hodge, Remi, and Wells.

Hodge represents the battle that Walker faced (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma), Remi represents him thankfully being in remission, and Wells represents his determination to get his body back to where he was before cancer (being “well” again).

And all three of those came from having Hope.

Our oldest daughter was born a few weeks early. Laying in the hospital bed, trying not to blink, all I wanted to see was her eyes open. It was around 3am. I’ll never forget that moment.
Makes me wonder if momma Ellie thinks the same. She’s been extra attentive this evening. They’re at the age, usually 10-13 days.
Ellie & Charlie have been waking me up me every hour. After putting my pillow & blanket on the floor, I saw an eye open, then another! It’s crazy how it happens all at once & then back to dream land. Best 2:30am in a while. 🩷💙

TWO days old! 🎀💙🎀 It’s been months since we’ve had babies. They are Ellie & Banks first ever. A friend & I picked up her big belly. She said, “She’s going to have different ones, like ever before!” A few minutes later we turned on a 4 way & there was a RAINBOW!! 🎀 Unexpected Announcement!!

Memorial Day threw us off for honeymooning, (artificial insemination). We didn’t think she’d become pregnant. Long story short, x-ray confirmed 6-7 little ones!!
