Inner-conflict: sometimes I’m on top of the world, but secretly, I’m over here doubting everything.

So, is self-love a journey or a destination? Is self-love a wild goose chase or perpetual state of chaos? Can I love myself while figuring life out?

No wonder I’m wide awake in the middle of the night, my brain keeps switching between overthinking and making silly faces.

With some his arts (mostly the girls in his paintings was looking backward) he try to tell us about “Looking backward is like looking into the past, which has been left behind. reinforces a critical view of the position of women in the “past.” Glancing back at the women in this work, it’s a momentary gaze, suggesting their gesture is about to turn forward again. The past needs to be seen as a reflection, though the future is more crucial.”

And my Co - Star today’s tell me to “smile to the past as you leap into the present”
You have to focus on how to identify your own thoughts when you can’t figure out what to think. You don’t have to punish yourself for thinking in relative terms, but you do have to be intentional about it. by @bitterme____
