National Dessert Day.

We’ve got cheesecake.

That’s it. One dessert. Zero identity crisis.

And honestly, when the cheesecake is this good, adding more options just feels like showing off.

Grab a slice, grab a pint, and quit pretending you needed anything else.

28 YEARS OF COLD BEER, GOOD PEOPLE, AND A LITTLE CONTROLLED CHAOS.

This Friday, we're celebrating 28 years of Bitter Root Brewing doing what we do best. Pouring cold beer, serving up good food, turning up the music, and occasionally pretending we've got it all figured out.

We've weathered a few storms, emptied a ridiculous number of kegs, and collected more stories than we can probably tell.

But 28 years doesn't happen without the people who keep showing up, pulling up a stool, and making this place what it is.

This Friday, the party's for you.

Come celebrate nearly three decades of keeping the taps flowing and the good times rolling.

28 YEARS IN. STILL JUST GETTING STARTED.

GOOD BEER. LOUD MUSIC. A DAMN GOOD CAUSE. 🎬🍻

We're turning up the volume tomorrow and throwing a party for a whole lot of good.

Join us for a nonprofit fundraising night supporting the Hamilton Community Cinema, with DJ Cove Jasmine spinning the soundtrack to an evening dedicated to keeping creativity, culture, and community alive in our little corner of Montana.

Because a town worth living in is a town worth showing up for.

Come thirsty. Bring your friends. Support something that matters.

Local love. Big sound. Bigger purpose.

* For Clarification… We didn’t make this list*

We weren’t chasing a list. We were chasing a better burger.

Somewhere between the hot griddle, long shifts, and a kitchen crew that gives a damn, we landed in Montana’s Top 10.

That one means something.

Proud of the crew. Grateful to be noticed. Back to work.

Five years of highways, handshakes, long days, bad weather, unanswered texts, and more miles than I care to count.

Nobody sticks around this long for the glamorous sales-rep lifestyle. Trust me, it doesn’t exist.

I still do it because I give a shit.

About the beer. About the people who make it. About the bars and shops that keep putting it on the shelf and behind the taps. About seeing something we worked our asses off for sitting in someone’s hand.

Five years in, I’m a little more tired, a little more sarcastic, and probably harder to impress.

But I still get a kick out of seeing our beer out in the wild.

Turns out that’s been enough to keep me coming back.

Here’s to the next 5 years and looking forward to taking the ride with you!

Worden’s Market has been holding it down in Missoula for decades. Long before “support local” became a slogan, they were living it.

They’ve backed local businesses, stocked beer made by people who care about the craft, and stayed rooted in the community through it all.

We don’t take shelf space there lightly.

A huge thank you to the crew at Worden’s for carrying Bitter Root and continuing to stand behind Montana-made beer.

Good people. Good beer. Deep roots.

Cheers, Worden’s.

October’s loaded.

Live music all month, tanks full, taps open, and 28 years of Bitter Root Brewing behind every damn pint.

Since ’98 we’ve been brewing beer in this valley, crushing brew days, cleaning tanks, filling kegs, and coming back to do it again.

Now we’re throwing a party for it and bringing in DJ Cove Jasmin to turn up the volume.

Come drink what we’ve spent 28 years learning how to make.
