Pyjama appeal 2025 done ✔️ @monklands_womens_aid
Once again your response has been amazing. It is nice to know so many people care deeply about others and want to help in any way they can.
Lots of wee children and many mums will be all cosy in their new pjs for Christmas.
Thank you so much for your support year on year. So many of you have been with me since I started this appeal 8 years ago.

Absolute belter of a trip to Egypt. The Great Pyramids of Giza were astounding.
MrH was so emotional and I was surprised at just how affected I felt being there. Mindblowing and filled with wonder. So grateful for our travels x

Bipolar and truly happy!
Sometimes, I wondered if I ever could reach real happiness whilst juggling this difficult illness.

I've learned I can. I can live life fully, and I pledge to do so. For me, good management is the key.

I work hard every day on my wellness as well as taking medication & participating in therapy.

I know the signs, I know how to seek help and I depend on those around me to help me do so.

There is always help and support 💙💙💙
