Back through the shred files in prep, to the morning of my very first @fmgshows_aust comp in May 2026. I have absolutely found a passion in body building, a sport I always found fascinating but seemed out of reach after having 3 children.

I will be forever grateful for the knowledge, support & amazing guidance from @zacharyjlockwood @bblcoaching & posing Queen @rhiaedwards_ a phenomenal team who lead me into my first comp & then proceeded to win our Pro Card in Bikini Athletic 35+ in my second comp at @fmgshows_bali .

Watch til the end for where I started training in August 2024.. Proof that simply consistently, following the plan & being locked in on your goals - can guide you to achieve what you set your heart on.

Now we are back in the depths of a build with the man himself @robj_alphaphysique @alphaphysiquecoaching @rhiaedwards_ refining our package & setting new high goals for my Pro Debut. Cannot wait to go through this next chapter & achieve what I once thought to be impossible.
