A legend on the mats. 🥋

This week, @checkmatessex in partnership with @levelxblack had the privilege of welcoming @leovieirabjj , co-founder and global leader of the Checkmat family.

A man who hasn’t just competed at the highest level, but has helped shape modern Jiu-Jitsu and the careers of countless athletes and coaches around the world.

Watching Leo work with the kids and adults, sharing details, the energy and a lifetime of knowledge, was something special.

One academy. One family. Global influence.

What a week at Checkmat Essex. 🌍🤙
