Getting “light rounds” in with @eoghanoflanagan … aka getting folded like fresh laundry by a world champ 😅🥋
10/10 would get humbled again.

There's nothing quite like meeting someone you've been following and learning from for the past 3+ years, while also sharing their system at my academy through #thatpriitshit.

I finally had the opportunity to meet @priit_mihkelson in person and gain deeper insights into the concepts he advocates. This experience has only reinforced my belief that CLA is the way forward ⏩

Thank you, Priit!

Most pushback on the Constraints Led Approach targets a version of it that nobody actually teaches.

Swipe through six myths and see what the research says. Which one have you heard in your own gym?

My knees crack like bubble wrap and my coffee order has more steps than my retirement plan.
And guess what... I'm thriving 💀

Listen closely in your next class. Some coaches hand you a picture and ask you to copy it. Others hand you a problem and trust you to solve it.
The words you hear shape which kind of learner you become. You can't pull a solution out of someone else's description, but you can find one when the task pushes back.
If you coach, count how many sentences you speak before the first roll starts. Cut that number in half and watch what your students discover.

So proud of our team. The progress in one year from the last ADCC to this one is very apparent.
We had a gameplan, and it was executed well by everyone. And yes, Leglocks played a central role.

For all those who want to learn leglocks, come train with us. Your academy, your team, or your group can also invite me for a seminar, and I'll bring the same approach that worked for us in competition. Send me a message or drop a comment and we'll set something up.

A big thank you to Coach @bjjnathan for his technical expertise and CLA approach, which has helped me a lot to fast-track my learning and grow as a competitor.

Coach @pixie.soul - Thank you for always pushing us, believing in us, keeping us grounded and bringing the energy and encouragement we need.

Sufiyan - can’t thank you enough for being there for all of us throughout the competition. Always present, always on point and for being the best corner.

To @ratanx11 @adv_wasiur @abduuul.h who competed alongside me and my entire team @reignmma_india - getting to share this experience with you is always the BEST part.

It's fascinating the amount of chaos 5 CLA guys can do at a Jiu Jitsu tournament.

One more ADCC and once again CLA triumphs!

Thanks to team @adccindia and @cfcsid for organising the biggest Jiu Jitsu event in India once again.

Ladakh is easily one of my favorite place I've visited or seen so far.
But without the right people next to me, would it have been that spectacular?
Favorite people matter. They made the trip memorable.
