🇺🇸🇺🇸Play Jiu-Jitsu. 🥋🔥

One of the greatest ways to develop control is to learn how to play with movement.

Too often, we’re so focused on fighting for the position that we forget to feel the motion.

Don’t always try to conquer the position.
Flow through it. Explore it. Play with it.

Sometimes the best Jiu-Jitsu happens when you stop fighting the movement and start moving with it.

Play. Flow. Control. 🥋🔥

🇧🇷🇧🇷 Brinque de Jiu-Jitsu. 🥋🔥

Brinque. Flua. Controle. 🥋🔥
