29 years ago I walked into Reebok Sports Club NY to begin my career as a personal trainer and I met Jeff Bruno that same day. We became fast friends and spent a lot of years together on that gym floor before we went our separate ways.
I always say that I am extremely lucky that I have had a few amazing work families in my life now with Niagara and years ago with RSCNY. Jeff is one of those amazing peopke and it does not matter how long it has been that friendship never dies along with so many of those 20 somethings who were forged together in life and friendship. Great to see Jeff catch up and we miss you Rick who fell sick but I will be back again by @bjoneill5170

Happy Anniversary to my amazing, beautiful, loving, and extraordinary wife Kelly @kellys1017 ! The last 14 years of marriage we have been on a journey that did not start until we took that first step together and now we take all our steps together and there is no one I would rather share this journey with! They say never settle, they say be patient, and that you will know love when you find it. One benefit of being on the road is being able to see family and i got to have dinner with my Uncle Jeff and my Uncle Clint. We had a great time, had great food and you know it is a good time when the clock just fades away! 15 years with the help of my friend, Coach Matt Barney, we started the Alumni Swim Meet at @urichmond and every year it is so great to not just swim but get to see old friends and make new ones. To get the chance to meet the next generation and talk about all the times we had with the old guard. Happy 15th Anniversary to the day that changed our lives and the best and last first date that we ever had. Today was the day 15 years ago that I met the woman I was going to marry Kelly Shea @kellys1017 and when people say they no at that moment I knew at that moment. It was an 8 hour date two nfl playoff games starting at the Yardhouse, went to the Laker game, she kissed me! Then back to the Yardhouse because we did not want it to end and it has never and will never stop. She gave an inch and gave a lifetime! I love you so much my love and so happy that I am your husband and I get to call you my wife!
