Dear Gentle Reader,

It was, indeed, the most joyous of occasions.

For on this day, Bridgerton came to Brooklyn. 🪶✨

Women gathered not for rivalry, nor for the usual whispers and cattiness society so often expects of us, but for something far more beautiful—connection.

We laughed. We bonded. We loved on one another. We celebrated womanhood in its most genuine form.

For while society may suggest that women must compete, we chose community.

No jealousy. No tearing one another down. Just women pouring into women, sharing space, laughter, beauty, and a little Brooklyn magic. 🤎

11 Years of Dedication 🤍

August 15, 2015 — the day I dedicated myself to Jehovah.

11 years later, I’m still learning, still growing, and still striving. I’m far from perfect, but every day I make the choice to become a better human being. And who better to teach and guide me than our Creator, Jehovah, and His Son, Jesus?

In a world that can sometimes feel so full of darkness, I simply want to be a source of light. I want to be good to people, kind to myself, and intentional about the way I treat others.

Jehovah teaches us that we are worthy of love — every part of us. The good, the bad, the beautiful, and even the parts we’re still working on. ❤️

No matter what season of life you’re in, remember this: you are loved, you are valued, and you are never truly alone.

11 years down… and I’m still choosing Jehovah. Still choosing love. Still choosing growth. Still choosing to become the best version of me. 🤍✨

You made it to 47.

You lived long enough to become a mother to two beautiful babies, and gained the blessing of a beautiful son to love as your own. You danced through your 20’s and 30’s, married the love of your life, and watched your children grow into good humans with kind hearts.

You put two children through college.
You watched two graduate high school and one graduate college.
You experienced love in its purest, healthiest form.
You dedicated your life to God.
