aint nothing like a Georgia girl 🍑

This journey is proof that discipline, consistency, and faith will take you further than anything else ever can. I’d like to thank God for guidance, my parents and family for the unwavering support, and Drew Charter School/ East Lake, the community that has shaped me for the past 13 years.

Throughout these four years, I have not just participated, I have led, served, and elevated in every space I have entered. I made it my mission to maximize every opportunity and turn potential into purpose.

As an AP and Dual Enrollment student and Zell Miller Scholar, I stayed committed to academic excellence while intentionally challenging myself beyond the classroom. Whether earning college credit through Georgia State University or becoming the first student in my school’s history to earn a sports medicine internship, I chose rigor, growth, and real-world experience at every step.

My leadership extended beyond academics. As Director of Strategy for Shoethics, I helped guide outreach efforts focused on providing shoes to children in Accra, Ghana, while supporting event planning and community engagement. As Public Relations Manager for The Atlanta Mind Project, I led digital content creation to raise awareness around mental health and expand access to resources for young people.

Within my school community, I also served as Student Ambassador, Varsity Cheer Captain, DECA Vice President of Finance, Ms. Drew Charter School, and a member of the Youth Participatory Action Research team, using each role to lead with purpose, represent my community, and amplify student voice.

Being crowned Ms. Drew Charter School stands as a full circle moment that reflects the foundation I come from and the community that has shaped me for the past 13 years.

Every experience, every responsibility, and every challenge has prepared me for this moment. I am not just grateful, I am ready.
After trusting the process, staying disciplined, and keeping God first, my decision is made.

I am proud to announce my commitment to the University of Georgia. ❤️🖤 #GoDawgs by @bkly.nnc
