Day of the Butterflies

Amazement felt like my purest tears, and there she was, walking through her time, as if she kissed the earth with every step. Cosmic energy chilled the heat, carried in by a natural breeze. Her season was so cold that my reality began to whisper to me, You will soon be gone.

Yet the path had already spoken of leaving. Reasons hidden within the drops, emotions shifting through inner journeys, and there I stood, watching her motion unfold like a picture. Her artwork existed in the present, beyond the light that stared back into my eyes.

It was enough to send an invitation without speaking a single word.
Yes, her words followed, soft yet certain:

“My name is Nia.”

And just like that, parallel feelings began to move with the vibe, connecting something beyond the ordinary, something words could barely explain.

Then came my introduction.

“My name is Knight.”

Chapter 1: The Day Our Souls Recognized Each Other

I never believed a single moment could change the direction of a man's life. Not until I saw her.
Before Nia, my days were ordinary. The sun rose, the world moved, and people passed each other without ever truly seeing one another. I had learned how to exist in the spaces between beginnings and endings, how to smile when my heart had questions, and how to keep walking even when something inside me wanted to stand still. I had become familiar with my own silence.
But that afternoon, silence found a new language. The sky wore a strange kind of beauty, the kind that made you look twice without knowing why. A cool breeze traveled through the streets, carrying the scent of rain and something sweet I couldn't quite name.
The trees moved gently, their leaves whispering secrets to the wind, and the world seemed to slow down just enough for me to notice what I might otherwise missed. by @blacdavinci369

Yeah That's Me
