Most brands talk about what they do. Strong brands understand why it matters. Ask yourself: What problem do you solve — and what deeper problem do you really solve? The surface problem gets attention. The deeper one earns trust. For example, you own a wine bar - offering a wide variety and exclusive tasting experience. This gets people in the door, but loyalty is earned through the captivating experience / excellent service. A sommelier completes this exercise, offering advice and guidance - ultimately solving the deeper question: why is this wine good, how do I tell?
