🗣️🎙️IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN YALL!!! Blackin’ Out Vol.2 (Origins) is now out on all platforms. This album is special to me for so many reasons: It gives me the opportunity to share my story with you all through music but most importantly it not only allowed me to show my appreciation not only to the Art but to F$/$R, the very first Squad that allowed me to be creatively free, putting me on this Beautiful journey. I had to put their track on here because if it be one song of there’s that motivates me to keep going from the time of its conception it has to be Dream (YOU’RE WELCOME LOL). I thought that it be only feeling to celebrate not just 50 years of this BRILLIANT art but also celebrate my Origins and those that contributed to it the most. This album reflects the highs, the lows, the mistakes, and the lessons. You can hear the pain, the growth, the very essence of me. Real tears made this one!! Communication, both nonverbal and verbal, is vital in every relationship. If you can’t talk about the hard things without defensiveness and disrespect then lack the relationship and go. There’s a certain peace in a relationship with knowing that you can talk about anything without judgement, without it being a competition for a pride trophy, but with the understanding of knowing that both sides wants what’s best for the relationship. Communication isn’t about one person talking and one person listening it’s about both sides conversing for the ultimate goal: growth and understanding. Some of us get lost in the control of the conversation and getting your singular point across without understanding the other’s point of view. I wish that you could post the original post so that you could see the comments smh. We (women) go through things but some of us aren’t understanding of what a man goes through. Be patient and listen (and to him vice versa). Now if you are the peace and he still chooses to be your chaos then move accordingly (and vice versa) and save that bitter ish for the birds!!! by @black_wisdom
