Open To Locals

Where the neighbourhood comes to work, move, meet and connect.

BlackBrick Gardens brings together culture, wellness, workspaces and community in one place. Creating a destination that extends beyond its guests and residents.

Rooted in the Community

Farmers gave way to hat-makers. Hat-makers gave way to bakers, winemakers, and designers. Roodehek Street has always had a quiet kind of energy.

BlackBrick Gardens sits at the centre of it, a design-led hotel connected to a growing neighbourhood.

Work doesn’t have to happen at your desk.

At BlackBrick, your office is wherever you choose it to be.

Settle into our lobbies, plug in, and move through your day with the energy of a hotel, not the isolation of an office. Great coffee, considered spaces, and a quiet hum of people building things around you.

And the best part is you don’t need to be travelling to use it.

BlackBrick is designed as your home away from home, even in your own city.

Come work. Stay for the coffee. Stay longer for the feeling.

Conferencing that inspires innovation.

New Cape Town Galleries held their inaugural gathering at BlackBrick — a space that has become a home for entrepreneurship, creativity, and cultural exchange in South Africa.

From conversations about art and design to ideas shaping the future of our cities, it’s inspiring to see communities come together in a place built for connection.

If you’re looking for a venue that feels different from the ordinary conference room, BlackBrick offers spaces designed for thinkers, builders, and creators.
