ORLANDO, WE MADE A STATEMENT. 🥂 An unforgettable evening. An extraordinary room. A community united by purpose. During the 10th Anniversary of the XCEL Summit for Men, presented by Black Enterprise, the Monumental Men’s Network brought together an exceptional community of executives, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, innovators, and changemakers for our signature XCELlence in Action Celebration at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. As a proud Community Partner of this milestone convening, we were excited to connect with leaders from across the country, strengthen meaningful relationships, and create space for the conversations and connections that move our communities forward. From the hospitality and atmosphere to the incredible people who filled the room, the evening reflected what MMN is all about: building community, creating access, cultivating relationships, and turning collective influence into meaningful impact. A special thank you to Black Enterprise for the partnership and opportunity, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for the exceptional hospitality, and our multimedia, photography, and production partners for helping bring the experience to life. And to every member, partner, and guest who joined us: THANK YOU. You made the evening what it was. BUT WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED. From DC to Baltimore and now Orlando, the Monumental Men’s Network continues to build momentum, expand our national footprint, and bring together influential men who are committed to advancing one another and strengthening the communities we serve. The relationships are growing. The network is expanding. The impact is multiplying. This is more than networking. This is community. This is connection. This is Monumental. Onward. 🥂 #BeMonumental | #XCELSummit | #ElevatingExcellence |#XCELlenceInAction #HarnessingLeadership by @blackenterprisemen

When purpose meets influence, powerful conversations happen. 🌹 At the 10th Anniversary of the @blackenterprise XCEL Summit for Men, I had the opportunity to connect with legendary actor @tayediggsinsta and share the important work we’re doing through @winningwaysinc through the Together We Win Campaign. The mission is personal and purposeful. We’re working to support individuals returning home from incarceration by connecting them with the services, resources, and opportunities needed to successfully reenter society and break the cycle of recidivism. Because coming home is one thing. Having the support to stay home, rebuild your life, and move forward is another. Too often, we talk about second chances without creating the systems of support that make those chances sustainable. Through Winning Ways, we’re working to change that narrative. Being able to bring this conversation into spaces like BLACK ENTERPRISE reminds me that influence means more when it’s connected to impact. People are more than their past. And their future deserves an investment. Grateful for the conversation with Taye Diggs and the opportunity to continue putting this mission in rooms where meaningful connections can lead to meaningful change. The goal isn’t just to help people come home. It’s to help them WIN once they get there. 🤝 Want to be part of that impact? Tap the link in my bio to support the Together We Win Campaign. Your support can help create pathways to second chances, stability, and lasting change. 🌹🧸 #FrankEBrady #TheBestMan #WinningWays #TogetherWeWin #TayeDiggs by @blackenterprisemen
