In this interview, we hear from Master Gommels, with Martial Arts Fitness Center someone who has had a lasting impact on the way I live my life.

Training under Master Gommels has taught me far more than technique. It has taught me discipline, patience, humility, and respect, the kind of lessons that do not stay on the mat but follow you into everything you do. The mindset I have built through martial arts shows up in how I run my business, how I handle pressure, and how I respond when things do not go my way. So much of what he has instilled in me carries directly into the way I approach challenges as an entrepreneur and as a person.

What I respect most about Master Gommels is his consistency and his character. He shows up the same way every single day, fully present and fully invested. He holds his students to a high standard, not through intimidation, but through example. He lives what he teaches, and that is rare. He genuinely cares about the people who walk through his doors and wants to see them grow, not just as martial artists, but as people of strong character.

The lessons I have learned from him have shaped how I carry myself, how I handle adversity, and how I show up for the people around me. He has been a mentor in the truest sense of the word, and the influence he has had on my life is something I will carry with me for the rest of it.

I am grateful for his guidance, his example, and the chance to share his story with you all.

I absolutely love when I get to combine all the things Im passionate about. My love for Filmmaking and Golf have come together.

S/O to @trjacksn @par365golf and @golfparables for inviting me out to be the cameraman for the @twincitiesgolf Creator Cup Invitational at the @troyburnegolfclub Being out there really inspired me to start the Golf channel that I have been wanting to launch. Maybe next year I will actually be playing in the tournament. But for now I'm just happy to be out there. In this interview, we hear from Mary Khuen with Edina Realty.

I met Mary about a year and a half ago baking cookies for an organization I was a part of. I was friends with her eldest granddaughter, and that connection turned into one of the most meaningful relationships I have made. Back then, Syverson Pressure Washing was just an idea, and Mary has been in my corner since day one.

Mary is one of the sweetest and most caring people you will ever meet, and she goes the extra mile for her clients every single time. But what stands out most to me is how she shows up for the people in her life. Before I ever started this business, Mary believed in me. She told me I was going to go far and do amazing things, and she did not just say it. She backed it up.

She introduced me to her groups, helped me get my foot in the door, and opened up networking opportunities that genuinely helped me get this business off the ground. People like Mary are vital when you are starting out, and I will never forget the role she played in helping me build what I have today.

I am grateful for her belief in me, her friendship, and the chance to sit down and share her story with you all.

In this interview, we meet with Joanna Peterson with Athena Realty. I first met Jo at Wildwood Wednesdays when I was first starting my business, and from the beginning we instantly clicked. Over time, that business connection turned into a really strong friendship.

Jo is honestly one of the sweetest and most caring people I know. We’ve shared countless laughs, random conversations, inside jokes, and moments together over the years, and she’s become someone I genuinely appreciate having in my life. She has this way of making people feel comfortable and welcomed around her, and that’s something that naturally draws people in.

She’s also the kind of person who will always support and encourage the people around her. Whether it’s business, life, or just checking in to see how you’re doing, she’s always been genuine and consistent. In a world where a lot of relationships stay surface level, Jo is someone who truly values connection and relationships.

She’s an amazing mother as well, and I truly believe that carries over into the way she works with her clients. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and treats every client with patience, compassion, and attention to detail. She doesn’t just try to “sell homes,” she really wants what’s best for the people she works with.

In this interview, we hear from Sydney Ellefson Williams with Sydney Ellefson Realtor. Sydney & I have known each other for a while she’s my cousin and we just recently got reacquainted. Sydney really cares about the people around her, and you can feel that in the way she carries herself and how she shows up for others.

She’s genuine, kind, and someone who brings a positive energy into any room she’s in. It’s not forced it’s just who she is. She takes the time to listen, to understand, and to be present, which is something that’s hard to come by.

Getting the chance to reconnect with her and sit down for this conversation meant a lot to me. It’s always a good feeling being able to surround yourself with people who are real, grounded, and lead with intention and Sydney is definitely one of those people.

She has a strong perspective on life, and you can tell she’s been through things that have shaped her into who she is today. There’s a level of maturity and self awareness about her that stands out, and it shows in how she communicates and connects with others.
