And that’s a wrap! 🖤🥋

Last day of the seminar working on the fundamentals of Vale Tudo guard. Huge thank you to SBG Edmonton for hosting and to Matt Thornton for his time and knowledge.

Lots of laughs, lots of great jiu-jitsu, lots of mat time… and somehow an even longer list of things we need to work on. 😂

Black Heart coaches putting in the work. Onto the next one! 🖤🤙 taken in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada by @blackheartbjj

Coach Tiff, Coach Katrina & Coach Naomi took on Vegas for Jiu-Jitsu CON + Masters Worlds! 🎰🥋

We met up with the SBG crew from all over, hit the mats, learned a ton and laughed until it hurt. There’s something pretty damn cool about travelling that far and still feeling like you showed up with your people. 🖤💚

Different gyms, one team — SBG showed up! 👊

Now we head home, train more, fix some things and get ready for the next one. 😂🥋 by @blackheartbjj

Some of our little homies LEVELLED UP last night! 🥋🖤🔥

So damn proud of these kids and all the work they’re putting in. 💪

And the best part? By the time they reach black belt, I’ll be retired and someone else can deal with them. 😂👵🏻🥋

Congrats, homies! Keep grinding! 🖤🤙 by @blackheartbjj

Tuesday Comp Team was looking a little female-dominated 😏🔥

6 outta 10 on the mats were women 💪👑
Smiles, laughs, spicy rolls 🌶️ and some seriously slick technical rounds.

Nothing says friendship like a well-timed choke. 😂🖤🥋
