Here with the best tips for our sellers from the team 🔥 (TL;DR 👉 Price it right for your market.)

@breannekshyk 🗣️ Important to strategize with your realtor to hit the market at the right price!!!!! Don’t waste the power of that first week on MLS!!!

@keirmcintyre 🗣️ Stay current with the market. Everyday it changes and inventory either grows or lessens. Sale prices weekly will set a new bar on what the market will pay for that type of home. Be prepared to adjust accordingly to give yourself the best opportunity to sell.

@sanshirariep 🗣️ Don’t neutralize your home in the efforts to please everyone. The right buyer cares more about your home’s story than you think! Leaving a letter to the new owners on closing day is such a good omen for you both.

@melissawhite_realtor 🗣️ Because buyers have more choices, your home needs to stand out. Ensure it is staged, decluttered, and priced correctly from day one.

And @matthewlabas just presented 8 offers to a client after two and a half days on the market so he’s taking a Monday breather from giving advice (unless you’re a current client - you’re in great hands).

Okay @remaxcanada just casually dropping the Top 100 lists in Western Canada into our inbox 🥹🥹

• 71st Team | Year to Date

Behind the scenes, we’re celebrating 5 agents always on the move, 2 office rockstars that are never not locked in, and 1 marketer that’s never not eating (and our families for loving us and our career choices plus a ton of support at @stalbertremax ).

It’s nice to take a step back and see what we’ve accomplished in the past month and year BUT you know what we’re celebrating this week?

• Matt’s favorite show (at the moment) was just renewed for a second season
• Keir found the perfect glaze for his chicken wings (which he thought were perfect, but turns out they weren’t)
• Melissa’s dog got steak as a treat for their birthday
• Bre has felt some growth as a realtor and it makes some of those rougher days a little easier
• Sanshira chipped in for birdie at a golf tournament this weekend
• Alycia had a perfect trip to the mountains over the weekend
• Becky is excited to have some time with family coming up
• and Kaitlin is just super happy that her dog is going to live forever

And if that list isn’t the best reminder that we’re all just out here trying to enjoy our lives (and our jobs), we’re not sure what is.

This is our goat, Baby. Sound Bath for short.

We went on a little trip to celebrate the team crushing their monthly goals—but what’s most exciting this month is that we’ve switched up our weekly meeting to shine a little light on what each member of the team has been up to. Success isn’t measured in just numbers, and our lives don’t totally revolve around real estate.

• Melissa is getting ready to move into her new house.
• Bre is getting her house ready for a tiny baby to move in.
• Becky is taking care of our Baby.
• Sanshira is making moves with her creative business.
• Alicia is living her summer dreams hosting in her backyard at her new place.
