Anyone can run for an elected position.

We need transparency. We need actual change.
We are witnessing incredible actions of change OUTSIDE of Utah.
When is it our turn?
Let's hear from candidates. Let's support change makers who are running for elected positions. Let's hold candidates accountable for their promises they build during their candidacy.
Let's do it, together.

CommUnity wins 🫶🏾

Staying busy.

Often, it's been discussed, many times, that the current theme for 2026 has fallen back to

"where the fk were you?!"

Because where were you? Why are you here now?

Take accountability and grow. Get activated. Grow together. Learn, every single day.

We demand people over profit! Remove all legislative barriers to our right to boycott and divest from companies complicit in terrorism at home and abroad.

Sign the petition to help put pressure on our local elected leaders to repeal Utah’s Anti-Boycott Israel Act and to introduce explicit legislation to authorize divestment and boycott for human rights violations. by @blacklivesmatterut

Part 3: Palantir and the police state. Utah, cancel all publicly funded Palantir contracts NOW!

We invite community members, mental health professionals, advocates, neighbors, and every one in-between to join us as we remember Bobby, address and circulate mental health resources, and hold space for each other on World Suicide Prevention Day.

Feel free to share and invite anyone looking for community or resources.

Those who mourn victims of police violence are known to wear Black and silver ribbons, yellow for suicide awareness, purple and teal for suicide prevention and overdose awareness. Please bring a candle for our moment of silence.

Bobby's mom has shared that the media is welcomed as long as they're respectful.

Bobby was killed by police during a mental health crisis. This is not okay. We deserve better, every single day.

Black August is almost over. What are you doing every day to dismantle systemic oppression, protect Black experiences, support Black wealth, and educate yourself and your family on Black August?

Acab includes ICE. Acab includes the abolition of prisons and concentration camps. Acab includes ending the death penalty. Acab includes ending qualified immunity.

It was always the SLC Police Brutality Murals. It was a safe space. It was a gathering space. It was built out of Love and mourning from the families impacted and our communities. by @blacklivesmatterut
