Our 4th Annual BHM Family 5k was a success! Thank you to all who supported us - in-person, virtually, financially!

We created a virtuous cycles by providing the community with multiple options to start or continue their health journies, giving local small health and fitness organizations a platform to share their services, and educating the community about the important work of our premier sponsor, @sierradonorservices , and of the @americancancersociety , and the net proceeds will help the @capitolcitybna Capitol City Black Nurses Association improve health disparities and provide scholarships to nursing students.

Thanks @amazon Black Employees Network for supplying volunteers and water for everyone! Thanks @target and @alixandria__ for your volunteers!

A special thanks to @haleycaruso , @maddybdavis, @michael.rock.ig , from @rei for hosting our event and being an amazing partner to Black Men Run!

Thank you Rebecca McDaniel for the amazing photos!
