@da_village_community is a grassroots effort to bring mutual aid to the queer black community in Seattle. Once a month they organize an event at @cafe_racer_seattle. These events focus on queer BIPOC artists and vendors while collecting proceeds for their monthly aid pool.

@blackpagesseattle will be advertising these monthly events for free in an effort to support this glorious work 🖤.

If you are a queer/gay BIPOC person please check out the link in @da_village_community bio. Once a month they split the aid pot giving everyone who applies around $50 (last month was $90 so it really depends on funds collected and aid requested).

Hi everyone! We’ve recently opened a hemp dispensary in Ballard 🖤. We are a medicinal alternative to the standard “pot shop”.

We’ve partnered with a black hemp farmer (LeBlanc) and a certified woman owned medicinal line (Healthy Roots) ✊🏾🙋🏾‍♀️. In general most of our brands are either black owned or woman owned. Our dispensary itself is BOTH black and woman owned (I am the owner).

We have a store in Ballard and we also do FREE 1hr delivery to Seattle residents 🚗.
