I wasn’t expecting the approach to be an adventure of its own?! 😂

Apparently “we’re going outdoor climbing” also meant hiking through Malibu Creek, scrambling over rocks, AND traversing around a rock face above water just to get to the climbs 😮

But getting out there with ~20 Black climbers made every chaotic part of the journey worth it. 🥹🧗🏾‍♀️

There’s something really special about seeing so many of us taking up space outdoors, trying hard things, cheering each other on, and experiencing nature together.

Such a fun and inspiring day with @blackrocksla 🖤

We had so much fun at Malibu Creek yesterday!!! What a wonderful day and joyous way to bring in Outdoor Season & Fall!! (It’s still hot 🥵)

Our goal is to make the ocean as accessible as possible, which is why we’re beyond stoked to connect with @blackrocksla!

Per usual, we’ll have group lessons throughout the morning, provide breakfast, and make sure everyone stays safe in the water.

We provide surfboards, wetsuits, and instructors for everyone that’s signs up for a surf lessons.

If you have your own gear, feel free to pull up and enjoy the beach with us!
