💗 WHAT A DAY! 💗

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along to our Breast Cancer Awareness Month Fundraiser at The Lamplighters, Shirehampton today.

Thanks to everyone who shopped with our fabulous stallholders, bought tombola tickets, entered the colouring competition, donated prizes, popped money into the collection pots and simply came along to support the event.

🎀 Together we raised over £300! 🎀

And on top of that, we collected an absolutely brilliant amount of unwanted bras for the Bra Bank, which will now be recycled rather than ending up in landfill. ♻️👙

A special thank you to:

💕 The NHS Avon Breast Screening Team for joining us and sharing such important information.

💕 Bosom Buddies Bristol, who provide support for people affected by breast cancer and their families.

💕 All our wonderful stallholders, whose table fees went directly into the charity pot.

💕 Everyone who donated prizes to our tombola and helped make the day happen.

💕 And, of course, The Lamplighters for hosting us and giving us the space to bring everyone together.

And finally, thank YOU to everyone who walked through those doors today. Every purchase, donation, conversation and bit of support helped make a difference. 🩷

🎀 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS FUNDRAISER 🎀

We’re getting closer! 💗

Join us at The Lamplighters, Shirehampton on Saturday 3rd October, 10am–2pm for a friendly community fundraiser supporting breast cancer research.

There’ll be plenty happening throughout the day, including local arts & crafts stalls, face painting, tombola, tarot readings, handmade seasonal wreaths and more.

💗 Bring along an old bra for our Bra Bank! Rather than heading to landfill, bras will be collected for recycling, so have a rummage through those drawers before you come!

We’ll also be joined by the NHS Breast Screening Team, offering information, advice and support, and Bosom Buddies, bringing friendship, support and a chance to find out more about what they do.

☕ Pop in for a coffee, stay for lunch, have a browse, buy something handmade, have a tarot reading, bring the kids, donate to the tombola… or simply come along and support the day.

Every little bit helps us make this a lovely community event while raising money for an important cause. 💕
