celebrating, loving, grieving, growing, moving.
Life has been nothing short of beautiful chaos.

How lucky I am for this life.

A little Sola update

October will be my last month at @sola.pilates before I step away and get ready for my next (very exciting) chapter 👶🏼✨
So if you’ve been curious about Sola Pilates, now is the perfect time to come in and give it a try!
Sola combines video-led Pilates classes with in-studio instructor support, so you can move through your class at your own pace while still having someone there to guide you, help with technique, offer modifications and make sure you feel confident on the reformer.

I’ll be in studio Mon PM and Sat AM throughout October and would absolutely love to see some familiar faces come through before I finish up.

Come try a class, say hi and experience Sola for yourself!
One last month — come see me 🤎 by @blairevans3

I’ve done alot of special things in my life but telling Lee he was going to be a Dad is probably my favourite.

Did he think I bought him a pair of shoes? Perhaps.

Growing our baby boy is by far the most rewarding and exciting chapter yet 🩵 by @blairevans3

FORM SOCIETY SHOWED UP 😭🤎

24 hours
88km swum
$8,773 raised and counting.
$220,000 total raised overall
Team Best Vibes 2026 🤎

@oceanheroes supported by @revofitness yet again delivered one of the best weekends of the year. Every dollar of funds raised goes straight into supporting people with autism learn how to build confidence and create connections and community through their free programs.

SO SO proud of our @form.society team, a pretty last minute crazy idea/commitment turned into surviving off caffeine, sugar and vibes but damn we made it look good. Most of our team had not swum in MANY years and gave it a hell of a nudge!

MOST proud of my love @free.leezy who did 9 swims to my 1 in preparation. He swam 6km, survived my coaching and swimming with me complaining about my shoulder every lap.

That’s my pride rant over, can’t wait to do it all again next year. Swim Society starts in Nov… 🤎🤎🤎🤎 by @blairevans3
