May good fortune rule over you
Peace live in your heart
And the stars watch over you ✨

The Inheritance Cycle by @christopher_paolini was one of the most formative series of my young adult life, with many of the lessons learned throughout its pages resonating well into adulthood. The story and characters — Angela has always been my favorite — pushed me to consider complex ideas regarding friendship, family, faith, justice, death, love, and more; challenging me to think beyond my own experiences to build a more robust, balanced worldview.

To me, that’s the mark of a great writer — and a skill I hope to nurture and grow as I continue on my own MFA journey in the months ahead. 📚📖📝 taken in Chicago, Illinois by @blaize_stewart

Being bisexual is a beautiful part of who someone can be—and everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and accepted for exactly who they are. This week, we celebrate bisexual people, their stories, their voices, and the importance of visibility.
Be proud. Be visible. Be you. ❤️🖤

12 years later and it’s still not “a phase” 😎

Being #bi is both freeing and terrifying — there’s no blueprint, no guidebook, no one who will experience it the same way as you; it’s up to you to determine what your path will be. All I can say is, don’t let anyone stand in your way — the journey, while winding, is one of the most rewarding you could embark on, and you’ll be amazed by the love, support and confidence you find along the way. 🩷💜💙

Happy #bivisibility week — and month! — to all who identify as a part of this diverse community! 🏳️‍🌈 taken in Chicago, Illinois by @blaize_stewart
