Great first show and I can’t be disappointed about the results. For self coaching myself which includes diet, posing, and conditioning it was nothing easy. I want to be living proof that it IS possible to compete out a coach, but it does require a lot of discipline and help from outside sources such as YouTube, Chat GPT, and buddies (also a special thanks to @evofitndnorth ). All glory to God and I couldn’t have done it without him.
Certainly will compete in the future, I’ll probably do a little more of a heads up for the next ones.
We’ll see where life takes me but I think the bodybuilding drive is no where near completed.

First Natural Bodybuilding Show in the Books ☑️

•Can’t explain how blessed I am to have such supportive friends and family members and I couldn’t have done it without them!
•special thanks for @gavin_cummins1002 & @addison9274 and their efforts to guide me through this whole bodybuilding thing.

Reran the 24 hour pull up challenge with @gavin_cummins1002

This was the most physical and mental challenging task that we will ever put ourselves through. There’s a reason nobody attempts doing 5 pull ups every minute for hours upon hours. (Destroyed me physically and mentally)

Unfortunately Gavins hands went out around 2,000 pull ups but he was able to still do 2,300 pull ups with torn up hands which is still an insane achievement. I also can’t be thankful enough for a training buddy so committed to the pull ups.

I was successfully able to beat the goal of doing more pull ups than “the world’s strongest man” @davidgoggins and beat his timeframe. Goggins completed 4030 pull ups in 17 hours (2013 Guineas world record) and I was able to get 4040 pull ups in 15 hours 50 minutes.

Both Gavin and I put on 15lbs since last year which made the pull ups even more challenging

Couldn’t have completed this challenge if it wasn’t for God and everyone who showed up and helped support me throughout the journey.

Let’s just say I won’t be doing anymore pull ups for quite some time by @blakeaurich
