A few of my favorite photos from the most revolutionary week of my life at ENC 25. Most original photos by the GOATographer @yvng.mung
If you showed me any of these pictures to me 2-3 years ago, maybe just a year ago, I never would have believed you. I spent so much of my life thinking I was nothing more than a social reject, an outcast, a loser... worth nothing. Not seen or valued by any community I tried to belong to. Blinded to opportunities by my own fear of people and rejection. And I had just about every reason to feel that way, because that's how so many people in my life treated me. For such a long time, the few good friends I had were the only reason I was hanging on. And yet here I am, travelling with dozens of friends, making unforgettable memories, and above all, becoming closer with God than ever.
The past 2 or so years of my life have been incredibly rough on my physical, mental, and spiritual health, as everything was going downhill, I was being screwed over time and time again, had to stay away from home every single day, and everything I strived for was all for nothing. Every day I was fighting my own bitterness and hatred- my circumstances were doing everything they could to make all the terrible thoughts I had turn into words and actions. But this week changed that. With a new home and all that i learned this week, I've found a new path, a new mindset, a new outlook on life, and a new heart. More times than I'm willing to admit, I was humbled over things silly and serious that hinder my relationship with God, with people, and simply put, my efforts to be a better person to all. There were several fierce battles between my emotions. I still have ways to go when it comes to fully surrendering to God, but the hearts, stories, and actions of so many wonderful friends and strangers alike this week, from late night bro talks to baptisms, made my heart take a 180 and set me on that path.
Sorry if there's anyone I couldn't include or tag, you're still part of this community, and we still see and love you.
If you weren't here, we would love to see you join ENC and come have fun and worship the Lord with us.

Thank you all, and God bless. ✌️ by @blakejay2003

Sorry for the massive 1000-decibel sonic boom earlier, that was me high-fiving Chuck Norris. by @blakejay2003

This is a part of my life I’ll never forget. I thought 2019 was when I broke through my shell, but that was only the beginning. Being a football cameraman, it was my golden opportunity to volunteer to film plays for the Oakland Patriots. It’s a great feeling to know I’m doing something to help out, which became part of why the Patriots won the State Championship. I’m finally putting myself out a bit. I made new friends, I’m able to be much more social, and I’m much more confident about myself as a whole because of how accepting y’all are of me. My heart sets ablaze every time I’m greeted with people smiling at me and cheering my name... it feels so great just being welcomed. I couldn’t think of a better way to end my high school years. Thank you to the Patriots, the coaches, and everyone who calls me friend. It means so much to me. ❤️🤍💙 by @blakejay2003

For the first time ever, I got to meet my cousin Daniel at a family gathering! We dominated in a Swedish throwing game called Kubb, did a bunch of (very serious and elegant) dancing, and got to play some Smash Bros in person. by @blakejay2003

"La Aldea de las Ranas"
This is my build for the #minecraftmoviecontest ! This is a layered village inspired by the color and design of Latin American villages and architecture. Each of the floors have a color palette inspired by each of the frog variants, which also have their own statues as part of the structure. This place is also home to several other creatures like Sniffers and Allays, and even includes a little oasis and pool for some very, very lost axolotls.

I went through a few different ideas and a bunch of drafts before I reached this result. My first idea was to make a recreation of the Farnese Atlas sculpture but with Jack Black's Steve holding up a 16x16 chunk, but I decided to go with the Badlands palette, which allowed the use of all the terracotta colors. Then I had the idea of making a tall, animal themed village, but I got stuck on the idea of making the frog statue a giant pool with a waterslide, and it left me without a lot of room for anything else. After that, I built the whole thing up and tore it down again about 7 different times because the composition and visual weight just didn't look right. But I'm happy with how it turned out, so here's to hoping it'll be on the silver screen in the next Minecraft Movie. by @blakejay2003

Not my OFFICIAL grad pics, just some fun ones I took with my parents. (And my handdrawn cap decoration.) My real photos gotta wait a few weeks.
I'm not one for big paragraphs, but I do wanna reflect on my time in college. Starting out, I thought I was going to be the same sad, antisocial, distant misfit I always was. And although it took a few years, I finally found some places I belong and learned to socialize and make friends that I didn't have to force myself to please. Even then, most of my college years were the darkest periods of my life, but all the heartbreaks and pain I endured were trials that forged me into a new person.
I'm still working to be the best friend I can be to others, a passionate artist and writer, and someone who can lead others to Christ. I would not be where I am or who I am now without the mercy, conviction, and forgiveness of God, or the awesome friends, new and old, who are a part of my life. The ones who treated me with love, kindness, and hospitality even when I was at my lowest and didn't know how to return the favor. Honorable mention to the awesome games I have played, artworks I have seen, and stories I've read that have genuinely changed my trajectory and outlook on life, helped me understand things like self reflection, honesty, finding meaning in life, standing up for people, and most importantly, God's presence and love.
A verse I've returned to a lot throughout my college years is Matthew 11:28, "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." No matter how unworthy or far gone you think you are, it's never too much for God to take care of you, love you, and give you peace and love you could never imagine.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible. by @blakejay2003

Call me Harvey the way I violate the Geneva Convention

Went to the Stardew Valley Symphony last night with @connormacgs and cosplayed as Harvey. We met a lot of other awesome fans, relived the great memories we have with this game, and even received some gifts. 10 bucks and I do Linus next by @blakejay2003
